Sleepers products are shipped by courier: mainly CHRONOPOST, UPS, TNT
A parcel tracking service is in place.
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon.
The recipient may request delivery on specific days or times according to the conditions set by the carrier by contacting the carrier’s customer service department.
In the absence of the consignee, the carrier shall leave a transit notice, using a label affixed to his domicile. The delivery will be attempted twice: subsequently, if not, the courier will communicate the stock of the goods.
In case of shipments made at receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), for subsequent deliveries of the package to the final recipient, it will be necessary to open an assessment with the reference carrier.
At the time of delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the transport document;
That the package is intact
Any damage to the packaging and / or to the product or any inconsistency in the number of packages or indications shall be detected immediately.
